He and YourHomeTeam® have been longstanding recipients of the Medallion Award recognizing the top 10% of all realtors in Vancouver (members of the Medallion Club of the Greater Vancouver REALTORS®), Tennyson has earned the trust of homeowners, buyers, and investors. He has also served on the Divisional Directorate of the Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, appeared in media, and led community seminars.

Born in Vancouver into a real estate family, Sue joined the industry in 2001. Known for her professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm for helping people, Sue is highly respected and regarded by both peers and clients alike. A longstanding member of the Medallion Club, top 10% of Greater Vancouver REALTORS®, she has won top honors in the field. She is also a successful real estate investor and has an extensive background in media, public relations and marketing — experience and skills that serve our clients well. Insightful and knowledgeable about real estate, she has a big heart and is an amazing asset to YourHomeTeam.

Annette is a professional marketing consultant and real estate advisor. With over 20 years of strategic marketing and business consulting experience with lower mainland companies, she transitioned into real estate to become a successful marketer of homes and property investment advisor. Annette has helped buyers and sellers of all ages to research, negotiate, finance, renovate, decorate, and market their properties in both British Columbia and Hawaii.

As a marketing leader and professional writer, Annette excels at translating complex information into language that is clear, concise and compelling. She has substantial experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans, including print and online promotions.

Before joining YourHometeam with Sutton Westcoast Realty, Annette was the marketing director at two leading Vancouver companies and senior marketing consultant at a large professional services firm. She holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA).

In her spare time, Annette enjoys writing, painting, traveling, paddle boarding, and community work, including serving on the board of directors for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, mentoring under-privileged teens for Beedie Luminaries Foundation, and supporting environmental non-profits. Annette is also a multi-published author of books on environmental sustainability. She has appeared on television news and lifestyle shows, and been a guest on news radio talk shows.

Jeanie has over 20 years of experience in residential real estate administration and client service. Her enthusiasm for the industry is second to none, and her genuine desire to help people emerged early in her career when she previously worked with individuals and organizations to improve their health, fitness, and wellness.  Today as a client-focused real estate professional, Jeanie is committed to supporting the unique needs of our clients.
